You need space to clearly see. Awaken will give you both a beautiful retreat location, and the space to recalibate. This is an experience to show you what’s possible when you are free to choose the roles, responsibilities and rules of your lives. Give yourself time to figure them out.

Awaken is a reminder of who you are at full-strength. More than capable. Fierce, clear and impactful. Unapologetically powerful.
Strategy
Change (within yourself or the world) doesn’t happen without a plan. Throughout the retreat, you will be supported with practical frameworks, tools and resources. I won’t tell you what kind of leader to be, but I sure as heck will show you the process to get there.
Reframe
We will pull apart the foundations of power, values, impact and presence and reconstruct it in ways that work for you.The old paradigm of leadership was simply not designed for women. But you have everything you need to be an incredible leader. It just takes a reframe.
Sisterhood
This is the version of sisterhood that’s like having a friend to hold your hair back. This kind of process is not all love and light. Sometimes it’s sticky, and it’s always uncomfortable. The Patriarchy has deprived us of true sisterhood for too long. We are bringing it back.
Ritual
Ritual is powerful. Awaken is intentionally held during the Pagan celebration of Beltane (the Spring Equinox). This is a time of rebirth and growth. Don’t worry, things won’t get too ‘woo’ but there may be a campfire and burning ceremony in there. Our rituals are grounding, focussed and designed to guide you back to your power.

I am a leadership coach, workplace strategist, and the founder of Promote Her. I work with women leaders and organisations who are ready to do things differently — by centering equity, humanity, and purpose in the way they lead, work, and grow.
I am known for my warmth, clarity, and no-BS approach (verging on bluntness sometimes), I bring a mix of systems thinking, feminist insight, and grounded strategy. My work supports changemakers to stop performing and start leading, on their terms.
Whether coaching one-on-one or facilitating deep cultural change, I work to help women reclaim their voice, step into their leadership presence, and create impact that actually feels good.

A $150 deposit is required to secure your place
The remaining balance can be paid via weekly or fortnightly repayments (up to 12 instalments via direct debit)
All payments must be completed before the retreat begins
